Who We Are

We Care Cloud is an Australian NDIS provider software company built exclusively for the disability services sector. Not adapted from a generic business platform. Not a rostering tool with extras added on. Every module, every workflow, and every form inside WCC was designed around the actual operational requirements of an NDIS service provider.

WCC is developed and supported by Core Techno Pty Ltd, based in Parafield, South Australia. The team behind WCC has direct operational knowledge of what running an NDIS organisation involves: the documentation volume, the workforce complexity, the compliance obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, and the ongoing pressure to deliver quality support while keeping the administrative burden manageable.

That knowledge is built into every part of the platform.

The Problem We Solve

Most NDIS providers reach a point where their tools stop working for them. Rosters are in one system. Case notes are in another. HR documents live in a shared drive. Incident reports get emailed around. Invoices are managed separately from participant records.

Every disconnected tool creates a handover point. Every handover point creates risk: a missed case note, an expired staff certificate that nobody flagged, a shift not covered because the backup process was manual. For a sector where compliance obligations are enforced and audit readiness is non-negotiable, fragmented operations are not just inefficient. They are a liability.

WCC was built to remove that fragmentation. When participant management, shift rostering, case notes, incident reporting, HR, training, invoicing, and document storage all live in one platform, those handover risks disappear.

One platform. One login. Every operational need managed in one place.

What Makes We Care Cloud Different

Purpose-Built for NDIS, Not Configured for It

  • Generic platforms require extensive configuration to approximate NDIS-specific workflows. Fields need renaming. Workarounds get built. Compliance logic gets manually enforced.
  • WCC ships with NDIS terminology, NDIS workflow logic, and NDIS compliance structures already in place. Participant profiles, fortnightly roster grids, shift case note enforcement, and incident report formats match how Australian NDIS providers actually operate.
  • There is no configuration required to make WCC work for an NDIS provider. It is already built for one.

One Platform Replaces Many

  • Providers using WCC typically retire separate rostering tools, document management systems, training platforms, maintenance ticketing systems, leave management processes, and manual invoice tracking.
  • Every module in WCC is connected. A shift in the roster generates a case note requirement. A completed case note updates compliance records. A certificate expiry appears on the dashboard before it becomes a problem.
  • That connectivity is not incidental. It is the point.

Scales from Small Providers to Growing Organisations

  • WCC is designed to serve providers at every stage of growth. Small providers benefit from operational structure that removes administrative risk from day one. Growing organisations benefit from a platform that scales without requiring additional tools.
  • Role-based access control means coordinators, support workers, HR managers, and directors each see exactly what they need without system complexity getting in the way.
  • Enterprise clients can access custom module development and configuration to match unique organisational requirements.

Australian Built, Australian Supported

  • WCC is an Australian product. Every decision about how the platform works was made with Australian NDIS providers and Australian compliance requirements in mind.
  • Support is provided by a team who understand the NDIS context. When a provider calls 1300 024 365, they speak with someone who understands what an incident report needs to contain and why a shift case note enforcement system matters.
  • There is no support queue. No generic helpdesk. WCC support operates the way a specialist should.

See the Platform Running in Your Context

The best way to understand what WCC manages is to see it operating the way your organisation works. Book a demo with the WCC team and get a walkthrough of the modules most relevant to your operation: participant management, rostering, case notes, compliance, or invoicing.

Most providers who see WCC in action recognise at least three operational problems it would resolve immediately.
